It’s great to relive the brilliance of Kid A, but it’s even better to remind yourself how exceptional the Bay Area is for musicians.

Took in the latest project from Undercover SF—a collaboration between local musicians to reinterpret one classic album, track-by-track, in a variety of styles. The organization’s latest focus was Radiohead’s Kid A (a favorite of mine, even studied it in class once) and genres ran the gamut: Flamenco, Afropop, Latin Rock, Gamelan.
